What is the Shipping Philosophy Vidhatri Creations?
We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 5 - 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. (All disputes regarding delivery need to be raised within 72 hours of delivery date. No investigation will be feasible after 72 hours of time of delivery).
RETURN POLICY
1. Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered. You need to return the product to the mentioned address and you need to self ship the product.
2. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at vidhatricreations2024@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account Refund will be provided only if there is a manufacturing defect. In case of product dislike or size issue, only store credits/replacement will be provided.
3. The product amount will be credited back either into your bank account or as Store Credits as per the reason of return once we have received the products and quality check is done.
4.To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on vidhatricreations2024@gmail.com with your Order ID mentioned.
4. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in your account to place the order for the new product.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 14 days of its date of delivery,
2. All refunds will be credited either into your bank account or as Store Credits as per your convenience.
3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 7-10 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned time lines:
· Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
· NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
· Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Where should I return my product?
You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100/-. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly).

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
